Shipping policy

Leviative currently sells digital products.

No physical product is shipped for the Ecommerce Roadmap or for any product clearly described as a digital download.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment, your purchase is delivered electronically using the email address provided at checkout and/or through a secure download link.

Delivery is normally automatic once payment has been confirmed.

IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DOES NOT ARRIVE

If you have not received your download within 30 minutes after successful payment:

• Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
• Confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout.
• Email leviative@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email.

We will help you restore access.

SHIPPING CHARGES

There are no physical shipping charges for products sold as digital downloads.

If Leviative offers physical products in the future, their shipping terms and charges will be displayed separately before purchase.
