By using our store or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Leviative provides educational digital resources, including the Ecommerce Roadmap. The product description, price and included materials are displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for your own personal learning and reference.
You may not:
• Resell or redistribute Leviative products.
• Publicly upload the files.
• Share paid download access.
• Reproduce the product for commercial distribution.
• White-label the content.
• Claim Leviative content as your own.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Leviative products are provided for educational purposes.
Ecommerce, advertising and business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee sales, profit, ROAS, advertising performance or any other financial or business result.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for following the policies of third-party platforms you use.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
References to Shopify, Meta or other companies and tools do not mean those companies sponsor or guarantee Leviative.
Third-party platforms may change their features, pricing or policies at any time.
PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and/or payment providers made available during checkout.
DIGITAL ACCESS
Digital access is normally provided after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping your download link secure.
REFUNDS
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Leviative brand, original written content, graphics, layouts and digital materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Leviative's intellectual property.
RESPONSIBLE USE
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store security or use Leviative products or services for unlawful purposes.
AGE AND AUTHORITY
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your jurisdiction. Where required, customers below the legal age of majority should purchase or use the service with the involvement or consent of a parent or guardian.
